And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.Revelation 14:13

He was always a magnet for new friends and acquaintances wherever he found himself. Prince Ajibade was a very loving and generous man. He gave freely of his time, money, and intellectual and material possessions. He was always the life and soul of every gathering and social group he associated with.

Rachel Okunubi He touched us all November 14, 2015
There are so many memories that I have of Pastor Gbadegesin.  He was always the life of social events, an excellent public speaker and loved to joke.   He loved to pick on me for tasks -- especially to read the Scripture at church (even when I tried to avoid it).  Whether it was in Sunday School, Bible Study, academics or politics, he would ask about what I was doing to improve myself.  He would always give me a BIG hug, and tell me that he was proud of me.  Thank you, Pastor, for seeing something special in me, and challenging me to be even better.

It is a true blessing when one can say that they left a brilliant legacy.  You will be missed.

My fondest memories of Pastor Gbadegesin, was that he and I had the competition of some sorts going.  He kept me in check with my weight.  Anytime we met up we would check to see who was the slimmest.  And Yep, he always won, but I always accused him of sucking his stomach in, or came up with an excuse like...
"...you see, what had happened was..."  and we would laugh a great deal.
I'm really going to miss you Pastor.  You were really fun to compete with. Its going to be hard competing with myself, but i wont let you down. I will definately make sure I take care of myself.

RIP!

Uncle Timi.

Cecilia Borurguet My deepest condolence December 3, 2015
My condolences, as feelings of pain and bitterness become unbearable. It is my desire to convey a comforting thought based on the Holy Scriptures

John 5:28 "Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out."

This passage speaks of the resurrection of our loved ones. It is not God's plan to see us suffer and die, so He extends the following invitation to us: "Come near to God and He will draw near to you" (James 4:8)

I still struggle with the news of your departure.  Uncle you were a blessing to all.  I remember when you left IHOP and I ran into you at a party questioning your departure, you were candid with me in the most raw way.  I respect your brutal honesty and your ability to reflect.  I will always remember our last conversation and what you told me about listening to God.  I hear HIM now uncle, thanks to you.  RIP
